The Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa has presented seven leading projects in the International Meeting Healthio Health and Innovation, a pioneering forum that last week (3, 4 and 5th of May) brought together representatives of the administrations, healthcare organizations, patients and companies around projects and products that contribute to improve patient care and the sustainability of the health system.

Maite Garolera, the principal researcher of this project, was the responsible for exposing the project ReMemory. It is a tool that seeks to improve patients with a MCI and also deepens the collaboration between primary care and specialists, avoiding unnecessary delays as much as posible.
